Blending architecture and real estate to solve all of your home ownership needs. Whether you need to improve your home or sell it, I can help. This is a community based organization founded to give our neighbors the tools and resources they need to improve their homes and in turn their lives.
Architecture
Our goal is to find your perfect solution in an efficient, enjoyable manner. Most people only renovate their homes once in their lifetimes, so we want to make we turn your home into your dream home. We use top of the line Building Information Modeling (BIM) software to help you envision the renovation and all the aesthetic choices. We mix our design skill and our extensive construction experience to create a truly unique solution for you that you can afford and that will be built to last.
Real Estate
Searching for a home and creating a home are children of the same mother: thoughtful, empathetic planning. Everything from neighborhoods to schools to the architecture of the home to proximity to your connections around town will be analyzed and prioritized. I aim to work as a team with you to realize what you dream of and have spent my career researching the building industry and real estate world. I use top of the industry best practices to make sure your design and real estate needs will be met.
